156th and Meridian

This retail center is located on Meridian Avenue west of the Sunrise Village Shopping Center. The project concept was to create a lively, small scale center that is compatible with the adjacent center and builds on to the overall retail presence for the area.

The project utilizes multiple shapes and materials, including brick, masonry, stucco, and metal. Tower elements at the north and south ends of the building reinforce tenant spaces to the west. A plaza area is located adjacent to the eastern greenbelt along Meridian and connects pedestrian pathways to the northern planned restaurant space.
