Poulsbo Retail

Located within the Olhava Retail Development in Poulsbo, Washington, this small retail center is anchored by Starbucks Coffee and Sud Star Car Wash. The design blends masonry and heavy timber construction while conforming to the Olhava design guidelines.

Tower elements at each end accentuate the anchor tenants as well as break down the scale of the two buildings. A combination of ground face/split face masonry, exposed timber elements, and horizontal steel canopies give the center a Northwest design style that blends with other buildings located inside the Olhava Development.
