Tulalip Market

This project for the Tulalip Tribes includes a major expansion and transformation of an existing small convenience store and fueling station to better serve I-5 travelers and visitors to the popular tourist destination at the Tulalip Resort Casino and Seattle Premium Outlets. The project includes 10,000 SF of market, liquor, and tobacco retail space as well as a full deli and a 30 tap growler filling station.

Exterior materials follow the Quil Ceda Village design standard and include a combination of metal roofing, concrete and metal wall panels, CMU wainscot, aluminum storefront, and heavy timber structural elements. Interior materials are based on a warm, masculine palette that includes concrete, metal, and reclaimed wood. Helix’s services include architecture, interior design, branding/signage, and FF&E support.
