The 49,000 SF building includes a two-story showroom viewed from above by a steel bridge with a glass floor. The original 1950’s concrete building shell received a combination of corrugated and composite metal panel cladding; aluminum storefront; curtain wall systems; and a unique waterproofing system at the roof deck parking area.
The site was small and required efficient use when designing the basement, main floor, and rooftop areas for showroom, parking, detailing, and service functions.
The “jewel box,” a three-story steel and glass structure, is the signature design element that displays a feature car at the third level.
