Innovative Fitness

This private gym was transformed from an existing retail clothing store and takes advantage of exposure and pedestrian traffic associated with the popular retail location.

Space incorporates a front reception area, manager’s office, and an open gym. The gym includes a circuit training atmosphere with prime/warm-up, power, core/strength, and cardio areas. Support spaces were built into the design and include a break room and a restroom/shower area.

The existing open ceiling areas were retained, maximizing the open feeling for the active fitness spaces. Finish materials include rubber flooring, new paint colors for the general areas, porcelain floor tile, and plastic laminate in the restrooms.
