Northwest MINI

Northwest MINI, prominently located immediately east of I-5 in Fife, WA is the first MINI Dealership in the Pacific Northwest. Designed and constructed in two phases, the initial two-story, 12,000 SF facility was built in 2002 and accommodated a showroom/sales department; offices; 2nd-floor parts storage; and a small service area. Phase I was of wood frame construction.

The 2-story Phase 2, which is of CMU construction with a “hollow core” plank roof for vehicle parking, is 32,000 SF in area. It houses a greatly expanded services department; additional offices; parts department; and a vehicle elevator to the rooftop.

Highly visible form I-5, the Northwest MINI Dealership features an easily recognizable curved glass showroom wall and a wedge-shaped roof profile.
