Westgate North

This project included a complete façade transformation of four existing buildings and the addition of two new buildings at the aging Westgate North retail center in Tacoma. The existing façades were replaced with a mixture of metal, EIFS, brick, and composite wood to blend with the existing materials while creating a cohesive look throughout the center.

An existing building was demolished and replaced by two new buildings at the outer corner of the site. This new layout gives the retail center a stronger street presence, improved site circulation, and an additional 12,500 SF in leasable area. The new buildings include end cap patios that create a welcoming pedestrian gathering space and provide opportunities for outdoor dining.
